SQUARE LOMNÁ

The village was built around the buildings of the Hruška shop, a multifunctional centre and converted former garages into commercial premises. Citizens use here the services of the Post Office Partner, the office cash desk, PPL Parcel shop, library, information centre, café, clothing salon, butcher, hairdresser, and sporting goods store. The use of quality materials is evident here. The paved areas are of split stone, complemented by new tree and shrub planting. Overall, the space gives a very clean impression due to the absence of advertising and thoughtful construction and design details.

A sculpture of Valach with sheep by local sculptor Pavel Cupák dominates the square.
